Launched to address the need for a reliable inner-city transport option, Mynah Services operates a fleet of smaller, agile buses that navigate the urban core with ease, offering a convenient alternative to private vehicles and reducing traffic congestion. The service integrates seamlessly with other GO!Durban offerings, such as Durban Transport and People Mover buses, allowing passengers to transfer at key hubs like the Dr Pixley Ka Seme Transfer Interchange. Mynah Services prioritizes accessibility, with buses equipped for people with disabilities and offering concession fares. As of May 21, 2025, it enhances operations with real-time tracking apps, digital fare systems, and eco-friendly vehicles, aligning with Durban’s vision to be Africa’s most caring and liveable city by 2030.
Mynah Services utilizes the MUVO payment system, a cashless smartcard introduced in 2012 to streamline fares across Durban’s bus network, including Durban Transport and People Mover buses.
