Access to the GO!Durban system is at your own risk.
Your safety when using the GO!Durban system is of the utmost importance to us. However, please note that customers using the GO!Durban service, do so at their own risk. The City or its contractors shall not be liable if you injure yourself on the GO!Durban premises or while travelling in the GO!Durban system.
Payment to use the GO!Durban service is mandatory.
The official payment method of the GO!Durban system is the GO!Durban MUVO card. Entering the station without tapping your GO!Durban MUVO card, or otherwise evading fares, is an offence. GO!Durban reserves the right to prosecute any person found to have committed such an offence.
Reporting of incidents and emergencies at stations
Please report any incidents or emergencies to the station security manager and complete an incident report form. In the case of an incident or emergency, station security management will arrange for the relevant incident and emergency personnel to attend to the situation.

The ticket office is only equipped to attend to GO!Durban Muvo queries, concession applications, card purchases and loading of cards.
Monday – Friday: 04:00 -21:00
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: 05:00 – 21:00
