Services within the Integrated Public Transport Network is designed to reform the Public Transport Industry. This includes addressing current passenger dissatisfaction, long travel times, high travel costs, safety and congestion through a business and operations plan.
Affected Mini-Bus Taxi and Bus Operators are expected to participate in the Integrated Public Transport Network as per the National Land Transport Act of (2009), Public Transport Strategy and Action Plan of 2007 and the Transport Bill of 2024.
