Engaging communities and partners to drive GO!Durban’s success.
Integrated Corridor Development refers to various elements that strengthen spatial, social and economic connectivity within the Integrated Public Transport Network. It encourages public transport investment and land development opportunities as a tool for spatial transformation.
It also promotes economic development by unlocking the future potential of the corridors, particularly in underserviced townships adjacent to each corridor with the aim of reducing spatial inequality. A vital spin-off of this development are green and healthy designs for new construction and/or rehabilitation.
