GO!Durban’s Marketing & Stakeholder Management strategy focuses on building awareness and trust among residents and partners. As of May 2025, marketing campaigns highlight the benefits of public transport through social media, local radio, and community events, encouraging adoption across diverse demographics. Stakeholder workshops with taxi operators, local businesses, and government bodies ensure alignment and address concerns, fostering collaboration.
The initiative also engages communities through feedback sessions and surveys, ensuring their voices shape the transport network. Future plans include launching a city-wide campaign to promote multimodal travel and expanding partnerships with tourism boards to attract visitors to Durban’s transport system.
